Thank you for taking time to look at this site. Sparkles & Surprises is different because it gives the whole family of children with complex special needs a much deserved magical experience. You wont see us asking for money or shaking tins (and there is nothing wrong with that), what we ask is to hear from people who are touched and give you an opportunity to make a difference.
